Description

Serve as a guide to enhance the customer buying experience. Conduct interviews at the customer’s pace, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives. Matches customer needs with model and equipment and presents vehicle in terms of customer’s interest. Offers and accompanies customer(s) on a test drive. Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial propositions, satisfies customer concerns, and completes orders. Conducts delivery process and follows up in a prescribed manner with customers to develop customer loyalty. Duties and Responsibilities Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities and comparing and contrasting competitive models. Develop buyers by maintaining a good rapport with previous and new customers, suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries, and recommending sales campaigns and promotions. Determine customer needs analysis by understanding their interests and requirements, matching requirements and interests to various models, etc. Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales purchase; explain provisions; offer services; and complete delivery of automobile Perform walk-around on every sale with customers and demonstrate features. Effectively close sales Ensure customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork, and manufacturer warranty. Establish and maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business referrals. Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers Review sales statistics and use sales objectives to plan more effectively to improve sales. Experience One year in a retail environment is preferred Sales Hours The sales floor is open during the following hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid coverage with a variety of plan options to fit your needs, including medical plans featuring a $0 deductible and $0 copay upon completion of a baseline visit. 401(K) Plan: 401(k) plan with a company match of 50% up to 4% of your salary. Life Insurance: 100% employer-paid life insurance policy of $50,000 with no medical exams required. Paid Vacation: 1 week of paid vacation in the first year of service, with a rollover of 40 hours and a max cash out of 40 hours. Sick leave 3 paid days per service year – 100% employer paid. Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year, including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
