Our dedicated team-based care model provides individualized, compassionate care. We provide a safe and structured environment focused on stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Provide direct behavioral health patient care.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist patients with performing activities of daily living.</li>\n <li>Provide or assist with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.</li>\n <li>Observe and record patient behavior and activities. Report any changes in condition and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.</li>\n <li>Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.</li>\n <li>Certified Nurse Aide preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative relevant experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About UAB St. Vincent’s</h2>\n<p>UAB St. Vincent’s, a proud part of UAB Medicine, is a trusted provider of health care, serving Alabama for more than 125 years.
