These solutions have been deployed across 84 mobile network operators in 58 countries around the world.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Nokia/Huawei Principal RNO Consultant</strong> for an <strong>onsite role</strong> in the <strong>EMEA region</strong>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span>Work closely with customer optimization teams and management for network performance improvement projects</li>\n<li><span> </span>Ability to learn proprietary optimization tool processes and methods and increase customer exposure to products</li>\n<li><span> </span>Perform KPI Trend Analysis and determine performance deviations</li>\n<li><span> </span>Worst Cell Identification and Root Cause Analysis</li>\n<li><span> </span>Perform Parameter Audits and Inconsistency Checks to determine fine-tuning suggestions</li>\n<li><span> </span>Coverage and Footprint Optimization using OSS and DT tools</li>\n<li><span> </span>Data Throughput Troubleshooting and Optimization</li>\n<li><span> </span>Investigate drive test logs for initial tuning, optimization and troubleshooting (analyze call flow and layer3 messages)</li>\n<li><span> </span>Baseband and Radio Resource Capacity Optimization</li>\n<li><span> </span>CSFB, SRVCC optimization, parameter audits inconsistency checks between Radio Access Technologies (2G / 3G / 4G)</li>\n<li><span> </span>Volte pre-launch, post-launch optimization</li>\n<li><span> </span>Perform parametric optimization for effective load balance between LTE Carriers and existing technologies in accordance with operator strategy</li>\n<li><span> </span>Tuning of LTE Radio network features</li>\n<li><span> </span>Understand fundamentals of PCI/RSI Planning and Mobility Robustness Optimization and perform planning and optimization tasks related with these topics</li>\n<li><span> </span>VoLTE Troubleshooting / SIP Analysis</li>\n<li><span> </span>End-user / customer problem investigation</li>\n<li><span> </span>Prepare and issue technical guidelines and results of technical studies</li>\n<li><span> </span>Prepare and issue engineering level and executive-level reports</li>\n<li><span> </span>Liaise with P.I. Works Project Management and the customer to meet the targets of ongoing and future projects</li>\n<li><span> </span>Prepare XML scripts for recommended changes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span>Diploma from Engineering Departments relevant to Mobile Telecommunications</li>\n<li><span> </span>Min 8 years RAN design and optimization experience (LTE /3G/GSM)</li>\n<li><span> </span>Min 3 years (recent) working knowledge and experience in LTE/VoLTE/3G optimization</li>\n<li><span> </span>Radio Network Optimization Experience with Nokia/Huawei</li>\n<li><span> </span>Proficient with NetAct modules (CM Editor, CM Analyzer, CM Operation Manager, Reporting Suite etc.) and preferably other Nokia tools like Emil</li>\n<li><span> </span>Experienced in last RAN releases of Nokia/Huawei</li>\n<li>Knowledge of French and Arabic is required </li>\n<li><span> </span>Very good command of English</li>\n<li><span> </span>Must have an excellent customer relationship with both verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li><span> </span>Project handling experience with tight deadlines will be preferred</li>\n<li><span> </span>Proficient with MapInfo and Drive test post-processing tools</li>\n<li><span> </span>Understanding of radio network alarms and their effects</li>\n<li><span> </span>Hands-on experience in trace analysis is required</li>\n<li><span> </span>Very good knowledge on LTE/3G/2G key performance indicators (KPIs) for both OSS and Drive Test</li>\n<li><span> </span>Knowledge on antennas, propagation, link budgets, and LTE system and air interface standard are required</li>\n<li><span> </span>Strong experience with Multi-Carrier - Multi-Band networks (LTE, UMTS, and GSM)</li>\n<li><span> </span>Focusing on user perceived quality (not only KPIs)</li>\n</ul>",
