We proudly serve private, corporate, and commercial aviation clients, including high-profile travelers, global airline partners, and premium hospitality environments.</p><p>Our reputation is built on exceptional service, operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to create a polished experience for every guest we serve.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Airport Lounge Guest Services Representative</strong> serves as the first point of contact for premium airline passengers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-end lounge experience.</p><p>This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing lounge access, assisting with passenger needs, supporting guest flow, and maintaining a calm, professional environment that reflects Abby’s Catering and airline partner standards.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who is polished, dependable, service-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced airport hospitality setting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Server:</strong> Provides excellent guest service by serving food and beverages, maintaining lounge appearance, and assisting guests with hospitality needs in a fast-paced airport lounge environment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bartender:</strong> Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining compliance with safety and beverage regulations.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Janitor:</strong> Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the lounge, restrooms, and service areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong> Lounge Supervisor / Operations Manager<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Flexible shifts between approximately 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM<br><strong>Availability:</strong> Airline lounge operations may run 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
