Role Overview
Alloy Engineering is seeking a Weld Fabricator to join our team in Berea, OH. This role is designed for a highly skilled professional capable of GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding on critical, large-scale components. You will work with specialized materials, including Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloys, in all positions (Vertical, Horizontal, Overhead) to meet rigorous ASME and AWS standards.
Key Skills & Essential Functions:
· Precision Welding: Execute high-quality MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welds on steel, stainless, and high-nickel alloys.
· Blueprint Reading: Interpret advanced technical drawings, engineering blueprints, and AWS welding symbols .
· Custom Fabrication: Perform complex fit-up, layout, and assembly of large-scale industrial components.
· Quality Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds ASME standards.
· Tool Proficiency: Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and combination squares.
