In this critical role, you will help drive a culture of safety by assisting in the development, implementation, and enforcement of health and safety programs across our facility. You&rsquo;ll work closely with employees and management to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and promote a proactive approach to workplace safety.</p><hr data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"884\"><h4 data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"915\"><strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"915\">Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1799\"><li data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"995\"><p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"995\">Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify hazards and risks.</p></li><li data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1080\"><p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1080\">Assist in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs.</p></li><li data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1182\"><p data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1182\">Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and corrective actions.</p></li><li data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1309\"><p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1309\">Provide engaging safety training on topics such as PPE, hazard recognition, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.</p></li><li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1406\"><p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1406\">Maintain detailed safety records including inspections, training logs, and incident reports.</p></li><li data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1502\"><p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1502\">Collaborate with teams to strengthen safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.</p></li><li data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1566\"><p data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1566\">Stay current on OSHA and other applicable safety standards.</p></li><li data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1629\"><p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1629\">Participate in safety meetings and committees as required.</p></li><li data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1724\"><p data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1724\">Assist with the procurement, maintenance, and inspection of safety equipment and supplies.</p></li><li data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1799\"><p data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1799\">Conduct and evaluate emergency response drills to ensure preparedness.</p></li></ul><hr data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1804\"><h4 data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1829\"><strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1829\">Qualifications</strong></h4><ul data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"2505\"><li data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1954\"><p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1954\">Minimum <strong data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1866\">4+ years of experience</strong> in a safety or related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</p></li><li data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2047\"><p data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2047\">Working knowledge of <strong data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2015\">state and federal HSE regulations</strong> and their operational impact.</p></li><li data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2115\"><p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2115\">Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2184\"><p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2184\">Ability to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.</p></li><li data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2258\"><p data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2258\">Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p></li><li data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2340\"><p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2340\">Proficiency in <strong data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2296\">Microsoft Office</strong> and other relevant software applications.</p></li><li data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2445\"><p data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2445\">Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., <strong data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2431\">OSHA 30-Hour General Industry</strong>) preferred.</p></li><li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2505\"><p data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2505\">Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</p></li></ul><hr data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2510\"><h4 data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2556\"><strong data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2556\">Work Environment &amp;
