      "text": "The ideal Brokerage Manager is someone with...",
      "content": "\n<li>Someone with 5+ years of experience as a Life Insurance Brokerage Manager at a general agency and familiar with multiple carriers. Prior experience at a carrier is fine, but your most recent experience needs to be as a Brokerage Manager with an agency.</li>\n<li>An existing network of life insurance and financial advisors who view you as their \"go to\" person.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Consistently generating a minimum of $1 million in annual life insurance premium</li>\n<li>A strong understanding of life insurance case design. You don't need to be an underwriter, but you do need to understand life insurance products and what underwriters are looking for.</li>\n<li>A sense of urgency and the ability to perform well under pressure.</li>\n<li>Amazing communication skills and is able to speak with confidence.</li>\n<li>The ability to truly listen to their advisors and then share that feedback to help the company improve its product offerings.</li>\n<li>A burning desire to change the life insurance industry. This is tech company, afterall, and we need team members who want to play a part in building the best life insurance distribution software/products on the market.</li>\n<li>Experience with Winflex and/ or Ensight</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Outbound activities to recruit and onboard new life insurance agents and financial advisors. This includes networking, generating referrals, cold calling, etc.</li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships with all advisors you manage, focusing on achieving results.</li>\n<li>Be the quarterback for your advisors - you'll be hands-on, running illustrations, helping with case design, providing guidance to advisors, aid in submitting new business, and helping close the case with the carriers.</li>\n<li>Focus on higher-end cases.</li>\n<li>Be an advisor to your advisors, and listen to their feedback so you can share it with the company.
