This will show what the Delivery Team will work on next.&nbsp; You will ensure&nbsp;the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><span>Develop and explicitly communicate the Product Goal</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Manage and maintain a transparent product backlog, re-evaluate customer product needs and continually balance priorities of the product across maintenance and strategic initiatives</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Review product features as they are developed, providing feedback and guidance.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Participate as a member of the Agile Team, attend Scrum Events, and is responsible for defining epics and stories including Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Interacts with a diverse set of stakeholders, including Senior Management, business and technology teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Represent the needs of many stakeholders in the Product Backlog and work directly with delivery teams as the voice of the customer</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Drive cohesion across the team but focus efforts on the desired features, while ensuring that each team member is able to contribute to the product’s goals</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Provide clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including planning, refinement, stand-ups and retrospectives. Provide support to manage iteration planning and refinement of user stories.
