    "description": "<p><span>Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization.  We offer an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders to empower the students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>We currently have openings for 12-Month Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).   </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">JOB GOAL</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA consults, provides training to caregivers, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Comply with most current Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VBMAPP, Essential for Living) and functional behavior assessments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Develops individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Trains Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical programming.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Provide high-quality supervision for Licensed Behavior Specialists pursuing credentialing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Conducts weekly/biweekly supervision meetings with Licensed Behavior Specialists, Registered Behavior Technicians, ABA Therapists, and Teachers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Meets weekly with Clinical Director and notifies immediately of issues impacting client’s progress and client/caretaker satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Clinical Director.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Maximum student caseload of 10.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours according to state and federal regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain or improve performance accordingly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong knowledge and deep understanding of applied behavior analysis and research based therapeutic interventions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Must be proficient with intensive teaching, natural environment training, ABA Program Development, ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Able to mold a group of Therapists into an efficient and cohesive team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Perform other duties as assigned by administration.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Education, Special Education, Behavior analysis or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Valid Behavior Specialist License.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">3 years work experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities, preferred.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">In good standing as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst</span></li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and leadership team, while maintaining professional boundaries.</li>\n<li>Positively represent and promote BHA services to outside organizations. </li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality in all matters, including the dissemination of information regarding program development, staffing, and billing.</li>\n<li>Work both independently and as a team.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively utilizing both written and oral communication.</li>\n<li>Basic computer literacy with Microsoft/Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).</li>\n<li>Effectively utilize technology for communication and reporting needs.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d;
