This position supports manufacturing operations by preventing nonconforming material from entering production and ensuring traceability and documentation requirements are maintained. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate has experience in electronics manufacturing quality inspection, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documentation, IPC standards, and quality requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform receiving inspection of incoming materials, parts, assemblies and products.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and quality requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Visual/magnification aided inspection for accurate and consistent component placement and solder joint quality.</li><li>Identify PCA defects such as shorts, excess and missing solder, cracks, solder bridges, and missing components.</li><li>Provide PCB cross-section processing and recording for engineering evaluation</li><li>Inspection and review of test data sheets.</li><li>Work with production team and other departments to correct any issues.</li><li>Ensure that all products meet safety and quality regulations.</li><li>Make recommendations for process improvements.</li><li>Review supplier documentation including Certificates of Conformance (CoC), material certifications, test reports, inspection reports, and traceability documentation.</li><li>Conduct dimensional, visual, and mechanical inspections using standard inspection tools and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect electronic assemblies and PCBs in accordance with IPC standards</li><li>Identify and document nonconforming materials and initiate NCRs (Nonconformance Reports).</li><li>Segregate rejected or suspect material according to company procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate inspection findings with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in ERP system.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ESD, FOD, safety, and handling requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Support internal audits, customer audits, and supplier quality activities, as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organized receiving and inspection work areas.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
