Contact <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\">ZelTech Recruiters</a> for questions concerning this matter. *&nbsp;</p><p>Join Our Talent Community to Stay Connected!</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><strong><br>&nbsp;<br></strong>ZelTech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide programmatic, financial, and strategic planning support for Unmanned Systems (UxS) initiatives. This position will play a critical role in managing technical instruction execution, supporting decision-making processes, and ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals across multiple projects in research, development, and fielding of autonomous maritime and aerial systems for the Government Customer.</p><p><strong><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support all aspects of program planning, tracking, and execution for UxS development and sustainment efforts.</li><li>Analyze and interpret technical and business data to support the development of acquisition strategies, performance metrics, and risk mitigation plans.</li><li>Provide lifecycle program support, including resource planning, milestone tracking, budget development, and cost analysis.</li><li>Facilitate program reviews, working groups, and technical meetings by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, and post-meeting documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with technical leads and project managers to ensure seamless coordination between engineering tasks and program requirements.</li><li>Assist in test planning and logistics support, including the development of test objectives and data collection plans.</li><li>Track and document test execution and results; support the preparation of test reports and post-event analysis.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a US citizen.</li><li>Must have an active SECRET clearance.</li><li>BA or Advanced degree in a business or technical field.</li><li>10 or more years&rsquo; experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or systems engineering support.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience in program documentation control.</li><li>Successful background and drug screening check.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting Navy R&amp;D, acquisition, or sustainment programs related to unmanned.</li><li>Familiarity with Navy program documentation and reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with risk management, configuration management, and DoD acquisition lifecycle frameworks.</li><li>&nbsp;Working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools.</li><li>&nbsp;Experience supporting multidisciplinary technical programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands or Work Environment:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
