This position also performs various supervisory duties requiring excellent organizational and management skills. Duties may include reviewing applicants’ resumes, identifying qualified applicants, conducting interviews, and retaining valuable employees.</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Graduate from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment; prior experience with staff scheduling preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with scheduling software is preferred.</p></li><li><p>IV Certification required</p></li><li><p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Compensation</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b><span>Compensation Disclaimer</span></b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
