We are looking for a Junior Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to implement systems across our go-to market data, build automated workflows and autonomous AI agents to solve identified problems in our GTM departments, and treat our go-to-market infrastructure as a production-grade software product. You will bridge the gap between data engineering and user experience strategy, ensuring our systems are both usable internally and scalable with growth. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Implement the Composable Data Stack:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Implement and maintain a composable Customer Data Platform and Data Warehouse. You will implement the schemas, pipelines, and identity resolution logic that turns all customer data into a unified customer profile through data activation and reverse ETL.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Build \"Agentic\" Workflows:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Go beyond simple Zaps. Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using n8n, Zapier, and Clay that can autonomously perform actions across the Sales and Marketing team, with human intervention only at the right time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Full-Stack Observability:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Treat GTM operations like a DevOps engineer. Implement monitoring, alerting, and error handling for our data pipelines. You are comfortable calling APIs, handling webhooks, and writing transformation code.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Systems Design:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> You understand the difference between a \"Data Lake\" and a \"Data Warehouse\" and know when to use an Event Stream vs. a Batch ETL process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Low-Code Mastery:</span> Deep expertise in n8n, Zapier or similar orchestration tools.
