    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY OF JOB:</strong></p><p>Responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting therapeutic recreation programs tailored to the needs of adult and geriatric residents with the goal of improving the physical, mental and social wellbeing of the residents.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist in the assessment of leisure skills and needs of residents on skilled nursing unit floors.</li><li>Assist with dining services to include serving residents, cleaning kitchen, and organizing food trays.</li><li>Conduct a range of daily therapeutic and leisure activities to promote the residents&rsquo;
