These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong><em>How</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Machine Operator - Extrusion Lines|Connersville, IN|HIRING IMMEDIATELY</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting rate of <strong>$23.75 an hour (additional $1 per hour as shift differential for nights)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Available Shifts:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Day Shift\n  <ul>\n   <li>6:45am - 7:00pm </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for Inputting the appropriate parameters to maximize efficiency of the extruder.</li>\n <li>Responsible for following the assigned production schedule.</li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping the area(s) and machine(s) clean and free of debris.</li>\n <li>Responsible for troubleshooting the extruder system for zone temperatures, vacuum, melt filtration, extruder speed and pelletizing parameters, pellet output quality and rate, and refresher system operation.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the filing of work requests for repairs or preventive maintenance.</li>\n <li>Responsible for conducting melt filter screen changes to include the cleaning of all parts involved.
