    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>This is a key role within a strategic initiative focused on shaping the industrialization of next-generation power electronics systems.&nbsp;You will drive the industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and cost optimization of power electronics systems such as Intermediate Bus Converters (IBC), power cores / power stacks, and related assemblies.&nbsp;As the key interface between internal development teams and external manufacturing partners, you will ensure that product designs are manufacturable, scalable, cost-competitive, and ready for volume production.</p>\n<p>Industrialization &amp; Manufacturing Expertise</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the industrialization of power electronics systems from concept in the product definition phase through A/B/C/D samples in the product development phase to volume production</li>\n <li>Provide deep expertise in relevant manufacturing technologies such as large-area sintering (Ag/Cu), large-area soldering, and injection molding / overmolding</li>\n <li>Define and validate scalable manufacturing processes, yield targets, and industrial robustness</li>\n</ul>\n<p>External Manufacturing Partner Strategy and Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify, evaluate, and shortlist partners in close collaboration with the Purchasing Team and External Manufacturing Team</li>\n <li>Execute structured supplier selection and qualification processes covering technical capability, cost, quality, and scalability</li>\n <li>Act as the primary interface to manufacturing partners during development, ramp-up, and volume production</li>\n <li>Steer and challenge partners on manufacturability, quality, process maturity, yields, and cost performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cost &amp; Design Optimization</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) feedback into internal development</li>\n <li>Contribute to cost optimization on design and process level, including material choices, automation potential, and yield improvements</li>\n <li>Support validation of cost models using supplier data and manufacturing inputs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cross-Functional Interface</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Project Management</li>\n <li>Ensure transparent feedback loops between design, industrialization, and manufacturing</li>\n <li>Support decision-making through structured assessments of feasibility, cost, and risk</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Guaranteed annual bonus 50% from monthly base salary</li>\n <li>Annual corporate bonus paid based on the company's results</li>\n <li>Benefit Plus (Cafeteria) credit up to 480 € per year</li>\n <li>Financial contribution in the amount of 8.85€ (employee contribution 1.85€)</li>\n <li>Travel allowance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Contribution to the third pillar of the pension plan up to 3% of the gross salary</li>\n <li>Sick leave contribution</li>\n <li>Regular annual salary review</li>\n <li>Financial reward for reffering a&nbsp;new employee</li>\n <li>Extra days off – Bridge days</li>\n <li>Sick days</li>\n <li>Volunteering day off</li>\n <li>MultiSport card</li>\n <li>Individual education and employee development plan</li>\n <li>Teambuilding and company’s events</li>\n <li>Mental health support program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we are looking for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant professional experience</li>\n <li>Strong experience in industrialization of electronic systems</li>\n <li>Strong experience working with external manufacturing / contract manufacturing partners</li>\n <li>Proven Project Management experience</li>\n <li>Strong hands-on knowledge of high-volume manufacturing technologies</li>\n <li>Strong industrial and cost-oriented mindset</li>\n <li>Ability to translate engineering concepts into manufacturable solutions</li>\n <li>Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n <li>Structured, analytical approach to supplier evaluation and decision-making</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional Qualifications (Nice-to-have)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in automotive industry incl.
