Helping organizations, their leaders, and their employees integrate their faith and finances through their investment, insurance, banking, and charitable giving decisions.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide holistic investment, insurance, and charitable giving advice and financial counsel to organizations, their leaders, and their employees throughout the PA Region. Maintain a strong knowledge of Everence products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate new business and sales of products within designated region.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, regular communication, and proactive outreach.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build trust with clients through professional competency and empathy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cultivate connections and proactively deepen relationships to generate cross-sales and new opportunities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Function effectively as part of a consultant team approach.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all Everence-offered products and services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Periodically make group presentations, including to company boards, finance committees etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Achieve required licensures and complete continuing education credits and compliance requirements as needed to maintain all licenses.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Become proficient with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and OnBase software platform for workflows and file storage.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of compliance regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Additional duties as assigned.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Areas of specialization include:<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>The sales and servicing of organizational investment management and endowment accounts.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish relationships with organizations and our Medicare Supplement specialists through individual referrals and the promotion of our regularly recurring seminars to their employees.</li><li>The sales and servicing of employer sponsored group retirement plans.</li><li>Refer leaders, employees, and other individual prospects to Everence Financial Planners as appropriate.</li></ol></li></ol></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><br>&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Education</u>:&nbsp;<br>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher preferred;
