    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department for the Town of Garner is seeking an experienced, energetic, group fitness instructor for its adult exercise program.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Examples of Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Teach exercises that can modified to fit all abilities, fitness and skill levels.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure participant safety by monitoring techniques and equipment usage.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Make sure everyone leaves class feeling successful!</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be patient, safety-conscious, professional, reliable, and friendly!</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Applicants must:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have previous experience teaching fitness classes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain CPR certification within 6 months of hire is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be available to lead weekly sessions during the morning or evening hours.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preference will be<strong>&nbsp;</strong>given to applicants that hold a nationally recognized group fitness certification.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pay rate will vary depending on teaching experience; instructors will be paid per class taught (up to $30 per class).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Equal Opportunity Employer</p></div></div></div>\n",
