Trimble preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span>Dozer | Excavator fine grading experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Pipe experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Site work experience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Certification or training in heavy equipment operation preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Physical stamina and endurance to withstand long hours and perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
