If you enjoy building relationships, working hands-on in a clinical setting, and being part of a team that values excellence and culture, we would love to meet you.</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span> Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and follow-ups</span><br><span>Check patients in and out while creating a welcoming and professional experience</span><br><span>Perform patient assessments including taking vitals and preparing for provider visits</span><br><span>Administer injections within scope of practice</span><br><span>Perform blood draws for laboratory testing</span><br><span>Assist with or perform clinical procedures within scope of practice</span><br><span>Provide education on nutritional guidance, services, and products</span><br><span>Support patients in understanding treatment plans and next steps</span><br><span>Maintain accurate documentation and patient records</span><br><span>Assist with clinic organization, stocking, and maintaining a clean and professional environment</span><br><span>Contribute to monthly performance goals and team initiatives</span><br><span>Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional patient journey</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for someone who aligns with our core values: Work Ethic: Go above and beyond in everything we do</span><br><span>Team Player: Positive attitude and supportive teammate</span><br><span>Integrity and Character: Do the right thing</span><br><span>Care, Kindness and Respect: Passionate about patients and our team with a no drama mindset Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing</span><br><span>Experience performing venipuncture and blood draws</span><br><span>Comfort working in a hands-on clinical environment</span><br><span>Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide patients</span><br><span>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting</span><br><span>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</span><br><span>Previous medical, wellness, outpatient, or procedural experience preferred</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Monthly performance-based incentives</span><br><span>Medical Insurance eligible beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
