    "jobDescription": "Seasonal (Seasonal)<p><span>This Operations Manager role is to help promote a productive environment allowing the team to have quality guest interactions.  More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Ski Technicians in their role of delivering ski rental equipment to guests in their accommodations, planning future shifts, ensuring quality equipment, and helping to answer guest questions related to our service and products. You will also be responsible for growing the business and will be rewarded as it grows. We are looking for someone who has ownership, is self-motivated, driven to succeed, and wants to grow this business and share in that success. </span></p><p></p><p><b><b>The Shifts: </b><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Full-time operations leaders will work 5 shifts and 40 hours per week </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Our schedule allows you to get out skiing/riding any day you want to!</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><b>Compensation: </b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Full-time operations leaders have a base wage of $25 per hour. With generous tips, average wage increases to $29 per hour. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Operations managers will receive a ski pass on their start date. Estimated start date is early-October.</span></p></li><li><p><span>401K benefit and match for ALL staff members over 21 years old</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Operations Responsibilities:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Pre-season shop set up</span></p></li><li><p><span>Weekly scheduling </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ski technician daily route planning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands on shop shifts coaching Team Leaders and Ski Technicians</span></p></li><li><p><span>Weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports and managers </span></p></li><li><p><span>Weekly resourcing reports</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Desired Qualities:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong, confident, and professional communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to balance time between sales and operations effectively through use of calendar, coaching, and provided tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Detail-oriented with good note taking skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to accept and deliver necessary feedback</span></p></li><li><p><span>Polished writing skills are a plus. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous sales experience is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous management/ leadership experience is a plus.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>​</span></p><p><i>Application Deadline: Recruiting timelines vary by position.
