      "value": "<span><strong>Your profile</strong><br></span><ul><li>Have a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and ITIL practices and the use cases they serve.</li><li>Have at least 1–3 years of experience working with software implementation projects, or with the administration/continuous development of Service Management software such as Easit, Nilex, Wendia, Marval, Cherwell, BMC Footprints, ServiceNow, or similar.</li><li>Are passionate about working with customers and providing an excellent customer experience.</li><li>Consider yourself a solution-oriented and technical person who enjoys solving real-world business challenges by digitalizing and automating workflows and manual tasks.</li><li>Have scripting skills (e.g., Python), knowledge of Linux terminal commands, SQL, and an understanding of REST APIs — all of which are considered a strong advantage.</li><li>Are able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, with a proactive approach and strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Are a native-level Swedish speaker with the ability to communicate fluently in English as well. Finnish is appreciated but not mandatory.</li></ul>"
