Guided by our purpose to efficiently and sustainably connect the world with essential goods, Tricon plays a critical role in enabling global commerce while helping suppliers and customers focus on what they do best.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At Tricon, you’ll join a global organization where scale meets agility, and where your ideas, ownership, and ambition can help shape the future of international trade.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Well experience to Handle Supply Chain Operations &amp; Logistics in liquid bulk chemicals.</li>\n<li><br>Daily basis, Preparation &amp; Reconciliation of Inventory Report.</li>\n<li><br>Preparation of Sales Contracts,, BOND DOCUMENTS PI, Sales Invoice, E-Waybills, and sales related documentations.</li>\n<li>Well experience of Custom process and co-ordination with CHA on day to day basis for import parcel and clearance.</li>\n<li><br>Process Sales Orders in system for sales.</li>\n<li><br>Process of Purchase Orders for Local Purchase.</li>\n<li><br>Maintain record of open orders.</li>\n<li><br>Co-ordination with Sales Team, Customers, Transporters &amp; Warehouse Team.</li>\n<li><br>Freight Negotiation &amp; Arrangement of Transport.</li>\n<li><br>Well knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Waybill &amp; GST.</li>\n<li><br>Develop new vendors to maintain cost efficiency.</li>\n<li><br>Provide Open Order updates to Sales Team and keep track on the same.</li>\n<li><br>MIS Reports – Inventory, Outbound, Handling.</li>\n<li><br>Submit vendor bills for payment (Transport Warehouse, Handling.)</li>\n<li><br>Co-ordination with respective teams to collect updates on pending orders &amp; submission of vendor invoices.</li>\n<li><br>Verify vendor bills with their agreed rates / quotations &amp; actual uses of service to process payments.</li>\n<li><br>Co-ordination with concern team for vendor payments &amp; discrepancies in vendors invoices.</li>\n<li><br>Submit Daily Reports to Sales Team &amp; Operations Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>\n<li>2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the liquid chemicals or fuels.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs regulations.</li>\n<li>Excellent coordination skills. </li>\n<li>Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.</li>\n</ul>",
