The Manager of the IT Project Management Office develops, establishes, executes, leads, collaborates and communicates to drive agile delivery of both IT and business submitted technical projects/programs. This position leads a team of IT Program and Project Managers that is responsible for project managing and delivery of the IEHP enterprise technology project portfolio. Conduct performance reviews of each team Member within IEHP guidelines.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education & Requirement</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of ten (10) years of direct work experience in a project management capacity and utilizing standard project management tools, including all aspects of plan development and execution in both technical and functional settings</li>\n <li>Must have worked in a team-oriented and collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics</li>\n <li>Must have prior experience in line management, coaching, and mentoring</li>\n <li>Must have prior experience integrating and aligning plans within a broad range of internal and external functions</li>\n <li>Must have experience working within Waterfall and Agile projects</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management, or related program from an accredited institution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in JIRA/ Azure DevOps or Lean preferred. Prior experience in healthcare</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification</li>\n <li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deep understanding of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity</li>\n   <li>Fundamentals of iterative and incremental development</li>\n   <li>Healthcare or Insurance information systems, management issues, and current trends</li>\n   <li>Lean and Agile principles and processes</li>\n   <li>Scrum theory, rules, and practices</li>\n   <li>SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Strong skills in the following areas:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum</li>\n   <li>Advanced level in Microsoft Excel preferred</li>\n   <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Proven ability to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Be a manager with a hands-on approach in a complex fast-paced business environment</li>\n   <li>Present issues and challenges in senior management forums</li>\n   <li>Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology</li>\n   <li>Lead through times of change, disruption, and growth</li>\n   <li>Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc</li>\n   <li>Present project readouts to Executive level audience (user stories, etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning</li>\n   <li>Express action-oriented and creative approaches to IT system issues and problems</li>\n   <li>Listen effectively, respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints, cope with an ambiguous or changing environment</li>\n   <li>Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment</li>\n   <li>Excellently communicate in person, over the phone and through email</li>\n   <li>Self-motivated, organized</li>\n   <li>Be passionate and commit to delivering products on time</li>\n   <li>Communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply TODAY!</p>\n<h2>Work Model Location</h2>\n<p>This position is on a hybrid work schedule.
