Description

About Chartis Federal Chartis Federal is a premier systems engineering and integration firm specializing in mission-critical IT and communications solutions for law enforcement, homeland security, and defense. As a trusted prime contractor with over $160 million in task order awards, we operate across 22 states and support essential government missions worldwide. Our commitment to excellence has fueled our year-over-year growth, earning us recognition twice as a Washington Technology FAST 50 company and securing a place on the Inc. 5000 list for five consecutive years. At Chartis Federal, our mission is clear: keeping heroes safe and connected—on the battlefield, on the border, and in our backyards. Position Overview Chartis Federal is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to provide analytical, technical, and programmatic support to the Customer's Strategic Planning Office (SPO). The Senior Operations Analyst will support strategic planning efforts, transition planning activities, program assessments, and executive-level reviews. This position works closely with Government leadership and stakeholders to develop analyses, briefings, recommendations, and supporting documentation that inform program and organizational decision-making. This position is contingent upon award. Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical and programmatic input to program summaries, reports, briefings, presentations, and other supporting documentation. Conduct analyses to support strategic planning, program assessments, and mission-focused initiatives. Support development of executive-level briefings, reports, and review materials. Assist in the preparation of Program Approval Documents (PADs), Program Completion Reports (PCRs), RDoc narratives, trip reports, and related program documentation. Analyze program information and develop recommendations to support organizational objectives. Support transition planning activities by assessing program outcomes, stakeholder requirements, and transition opportunities. Assist in identifying and documenting transition partner requirements and engagement strategies. Support coordination and communication among Government stakeholders, program teams, and external partners. Prepare written products and presentations for Government review. Conduct research and analysis to support emerging initiatives, strategic engagements, and special projects. Support the development of recommendations, alternatives, and courses of action for Government consideration. Ensure assigned products and deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
