SEC filings include the 10-Qs, 10-Ks, proxy, periodic earnings release, and associated 8-K, and conference call script. The Sr Analyst is also responsible for the maintenance of the XBRL reporting for SEC compliance. Financial reporting, such as the statement of cash flow and tables included in the Company’s earnings release, is prepared by the Sr Analyst. Technical accounting areas consist of share-based compensation, short-term investments, and goodwill and intangibles. Additional responsibilities include timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance and the determination of accounting conclusions for new and existing business transactions.
