At ADS, we foster a culture where diverse perspectives drive better ideas, ensuring every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to make an impact.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Mobile Grinding/Wash Team has an excellent opportunity for <strong>Machine Operators</strong> based out of the Pandora, OH facility.  <em>Candidate can live in any state but must be willing to travel to jobsites located across the country.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Strong</strong> mechanical skill set</li>\n <li>Good communication skills</li>\n <li>Operates well individually or in a team environment</li>\n <li><strong>Experience in operation of heavy equipment including:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Forklifts, skid steers, telescoping material handlers, conveyors, trailers, and a variety of tools for repair and maintenance items.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li>\n <li>Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goods</li>\n <li>Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on production lines</li>\n <li><strong><u>Ability to travel extensively</u></strong> (up to 75% of the time)</li>\n <ul>\n  <li><u>ALL Travel (airline, rental car, hotel) and meal expenses reimbursed </u></li>\n </ul>\n <li>Embrace a culture of safety.
