Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Greets and welcomes each guest seated in assigned station.  </li>\n <li>Takes food and beverage orders, delivers prepared food promptly, and checks with table periodically to ensure guest satisfaction. </li>\n <li>Maintains current and accurate information regarding menu (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients, and plate presentation). </li>\n <li> Suggests items to guests based on expressed guest preferences.  </li>\n <li>Up-sells appetizers, beverages, and desserts in accordance with restaurant service standards. </li>\n <li>Correctly enters food and beverage orders into the POS system to ensure accurate preparation of product.</li>\n <li> Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. </li>\n <li>Itemizes, totals, and presents check for payment to correct customers. </li>\n <li> Assists bus persons, as necessary, in bussing, cleaning, and setting tables. </li>\n <li> Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station.</li>\n <li> Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.  </li>\n <li>Deep cleans restaurant equipment (tables, chairs, booths, soda and juice dispensers, coffee machines, etc.) as scheduled, or required; operates and maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.</li>\n <li> Completes assigned side work as directed. </li>\n <li>Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas.</li>\n <li> Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Service skills with every patron and co-worker. </li>\n <li> Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. </li>\n <li>Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service. </li>\n <li> Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li> High School Diploma or GED required. Requires 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage service industry as a gourmet or fine dining restaurant server, waiter, or similar position with emphasis on team server service utilizing front and back server positions. Knowledge of wine list items including knowledge of flavor profiles, price, growing region, vintage, grape varietal, production method, pairing with food, etc. </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English. </li>\n <li>Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li>\n <li> Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li> Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n <li>Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
