Working closely with justice-involved individuals, the Team Lead supports individualized wellness planning, recovery goals, and successful community integration.<br><br><strong>This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.   "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><br></div><ul><li><!--block-->Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a person-centered, recovery-oriented approach</li><li><!--block-->Complete assessments and develop, review, and update individualized Wellness Plans</li><li><!--block-->Serve as clinical team lead, offering guidance, recommendations, and oversight to ICTS staff</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate referrals, support program census management, and assess readiness for ICTS services</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (including DOC, DBH, and P&amp;P) to support recovery and sobriety</li><li><!--block-->Participate in crisis response during open access hours and daytime crisis coverage, as needed</li><li><!--block-->Ensure timely, compliant clinical documentation and adherence to utilization management standards</li><li><!--block-->Attend ICTS team meetings and contribute clinical insight to support coordinated care</li><li><!--block-->Provide licensure supervision, if applicable, and support staff through training and clinical review</li></ul><div><!--block-->IND2</div>",
