Candidates must have the ability to lead project design and plan production and provide guidance to technical staff with a commitment to quality. OpenRoads Designer (ORD) experience required. Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree. Primavera (P6) Experience is desirable.
