This position plays a vital role in providing crisis intervention, clinical assessments, hospital prescreening activities, and community consultation services to individuals in need.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">✅&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong>:<br>&bull; Master&rsquo;s degree in a Human Services field required<br data-pasted=\"true\">&bull; Previous experience in Crisis Intervention and Emergency Services required<br>&bull; Must meet qualifications to become a Certified CSB Pre-Screener<br>&bull; Valid Virginia Driver&rsquo;s License with an acceptable driving record required<br>&bull; Must be licensed or license-eligible through the Virginia Board of Health Professions as an LCP, LCSW, or LPC</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">📌 <strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong><br>&bull; Conducting crisis assessments, evaluations, and interventions<br>&bull; Completing voluntary and involuntary hospitalization pre-screenings<br>&bull; Providing short-term therapy services<br>&bull; Maintaining clinical records according to agency and state guidelines<br>&bull; Collaborating with community agencies, law enforcement, physicians, and hospitals<br>&bull; Participating in on-call emergency coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">📍 <strong>Additional Information:</strong><br>This position requires travel throughout the service area, including after-hours response to emergency situations at hospitals, magistrates&rsquo; offices, sheriff&rsquo;s departments, and local jails.
