Builds and maintains strong relationships with government, military, prime contractors, and international customers. Identifies, assesses, and manages technical, financial, and schedule risks while tracking performance, forecasting, and regularly reporting metrics to stakeholders.\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Engineering (desired) or Business/Finance</li>\n <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong>Oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectivelypresentand communicate withcustomers, internal stakeholders and leaders. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Project management skills. Highly organized. Ability to influence (without authority) key members of the program teams (engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, operations) to achieve program objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.</li>\n <li>Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>Up to 25% travel likely.\n<h2>Pay Range (USD)</h2>$131,750.00 - $178,250.00\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
