You will interact with residents in their homes and throughout the community. This includes anything from emergency plumbing repairs to picking up trash on the grounds.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Oiling doorknobs, locks, hinges, and gates, as required.</li>\r\n\t<li>Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.</li>\r\n\t<li>Replacing carpets and wooden floors.</li>\r\n\t<li>Installing and repairing plugs, and switches.</li>\r\n\t<li>Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.</li>\r\n\t<li>Painting communal areas and exterior walls.</li>\r\n\t<li>Disposing of trash found in communal areas.</li>\r\n\t<li>Tracking inventory to ensure that you have adequate maintenance supplies.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensuring that fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits always remain in excellent working condition.</li>\r\n\t<li>Unlocking apartments in instances where tenants have lost or forgotten their keys.</li>\r\n\t<li>Scheduling repairs that warrant special technical skills.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
