As part of a nationally recognized health system, you'll deliver fast, accessible care to patients in Chicago's vibrant South Suburbs.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Provide exceptional immedate/urgent care</strong> for minor illnesses, acute conditions, and walk-in patients of all ages in a modern outpatient setting.</li>\n <li>Perform evaluations, diagnostics, treatments, procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, minor procedures), and patient education with full scope of practice support.</li>\n <li>Enjoy<strong> flexible scheduling</strong>, predictable volume, and a collaborative teamof physicians and staff focused on quality and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation package including base salary, productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and generous PTO.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant.</li>\n <li>Current Illinois license (or eligibility) and DEA.</li>\n <li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Immediate Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Passion for patient-centered care and thriving in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 on an annualized basis.
