Counts money in register before and after each shift and properly records closing transactions. </li>\n <li>Cleans and sanitizes working/ kitchen areas in outlets, both behind the line and in dining area. </li>\n <li> Assures that tables are bussed and maintains dining area by returning tables and chairs to proper locations, as needed.</li>\n <li> Assures that empty containers and rolling trash/cardboard dumpsters are taken to receiving dock, as needed. Monitors disposal of garbage and cardboard to respective dumpster at dock. </li>\n <li> Prepares and serves food to customers. </li>\n <li>Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. </li>\n <li>Abides by laws, policies, and procedures pertaining to the service and sale of alcoholic beverages. </li>\n <li>Sells non-food merchandise and maintains display. </li>\n <li> Provides positive communication and uses Marquee Service skills with every patron and co-worker. </li>\n <li>Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. </li>\n <li>Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service. </li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training.  </li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  </li>\n <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li>\n <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li>\n <li> Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. </li>\n <li>Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. </li>\n <li> Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills. </li>\n <li> Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  </li>\n <li>Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. </li>\n <li> Must be able to obtain an indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission Liquor License.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
