Help manage employees request for time off.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse to company standards.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Interview, hire and oversee training of employees, conduct employee performance evaluations and use corrective disciplinary action when necessary.</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Achieve or exceed all K.P.I.
