    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Service and sell grocery items to retail accounts in assigned market area (Denver/ Western Slope Territory), client standards are met and volume is increased.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Sell products from retail booking sheets provided by Managers.</li><li>Manage time and priorities to schedule store visits.</li><li>Participate in store resets representing our clients.based on assisgned territories</li><li>Present and maintain full distribution on existing approved SKUs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and management.</li><li>Implement items to meet client shelf schematic standards.</li><li>Take direction from Manager regarding tagging in, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf.</li><li>Build rapport with clients and customers. Answer questions and proactively develop plans of action to resolve issues.</li><li>Complete accurate and timely reports including weekly recaps, Itineraries, expense reports, and web-based reports.</li><li>May require some travel and/or overnight stays.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Driving personal vehicle and maintaining clean driving record.</li><li>Perform other work-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Two years of full-time sales and/or merchandising work experience preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving record</li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Occasionally lift up to fifty pounds</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Initiative&nbsp;-- Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation requires it.</li><li>Communication&nbsp;-- The ability to ensure information is passed on to others who should be kept informed, express oneself clearly verbally and in writing, and understand others.</li><li>Time Management&nbsp;-- Spending time appropriately among people and projects to ensure goals are met.</li><li>Thoroughness&nbsp;-- Ensuring that one&rsquo;s own and others&rsquo; work and information are complete and accurate; carefully preparing for meetings and presentations; following up with others to ensure agreements and commitments are fulfilled.</li><li>Customer Orientation&mdash;The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one&rsquo;s external and/or internal customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Persuasive Communication -- The ability to plan and deliver verbal and written communication that make an impact and persuade intended audiences.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
