The Therapist will utilize the Wraparound process to increase safety, stabilize placement and support individuals/families in meeting their identified needs by building a team of natural and formal supports. The Therapist will participate as a clinical team member, learning and practicing Wraparound principles and processes. The Therapist will participate in crisis management and the on-call rotation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><u>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team Membership:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work cooperatively with internal and external teams.</li>\n <li>Actively engage in consultation and supervision.</li>\n <li>Model dignity and respect for others in all aspects of work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Direct Therapeutic Service:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide diagnostic assessment (as qualified).</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing assessment of client’s strengths and needs.</li>\n <li>Use appropriate therapeutic modalities to build on strengths and attend to client’s needs, including individual and family therapy.</li>\n <li>Participate in developing and implementing individualized service plan.</li>\n <li>Provide therapeutic support/psychoeducation to families.</li>\n <li>Provide in-home therapeutic services as indicated in the Wraparound plan.</li>\n <li>Case management as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Record Keeping:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all paperwork according to agency policy and contract requirements, to include progress reports, service tickets, service plans, scheduled reviews, etc.</li>\n <li>Learn and utilize Electronic Medical Records.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Crisis Management:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with team to provide ongoing safety planning for clients and families.</li>\n <li>Share in on-call rotation for after-hours response to WISe program families.</li>\n <li>Participate if needed with hospitalization or crisis placement of clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Community Relations:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend appropriate community-based networking meetings as requested.</li>\n <li>Seek out additional training and support as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Access to and protection of PHI:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for upholding a culture of privacy and security in highly confidential work environment (HIPAA covered entity service area).</li>\n <li>Complies with all CCSWW policies and procedures that involve access to and safeguarding of client Protected Health Information (all forms).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>MINIMUM:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.</li>\n <li>Willing/able to obtain WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification.</li>\n <li>Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in home and community settings.</li>\n <li>Strengths-based orientation.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.</li>\n <li>Acceptable driving record (Driving Abstract-Full driving record required).</li>\n <li>Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.</li>\n <li>Support and contribute to a creative, collaborative and respectful environment that promotes teamwork.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.</li>\n <li>Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PREFERRED:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current WA State DOH licensure or Associate Licensure: Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage & Family Counselor (WAC 246-809).</li>\n <li>1-year relevant experience working with children and families in a clinical/mental health setting.</li>\n <li>Qualified Mental Health Professional.</li>\n <li>Children’s Mental Health Specialist.</li>\n <li>Bilingual – Spanish Speaking.</li>\n <li>Training and/or experience in Family Therapy.</li>\n <li>Training or experience in the Wraparound process.</li>\n</ul>",
