They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their academic and trade goals.&nbsp;</p>\n  </div>\n  <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n   <p><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n  </div>\n  <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n   <ul>\n    <li>Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.&nbsp;</li>\n    <li>Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.&nbsp;</li>\n   </ul>\n   <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n    <p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state of employment by a professional trade organization.
