    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Information Technology (IT) Technician I provides the first level of support to users of SES IT equipment located onsite and offsite.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Good customer service skills</li>\n <li>Clear and concise communication skills </li>\n <li>Possesses basic knowledge of IT industry practices and standards</li>\n <li>Working under close supervision, assists with solving routine problems identified to the Help Desk</li>\n <li>Install Windows OS, drivers and applications to bare metal systems in preparation for SES configurations to be applied</li>\n <li>Conducts installation and maintenance of systems/equipment, and provides associated training to customer personnel</li>\n <li>Diagnose, isolate, and correct problems to component level to restore system's functions</li>\n <li>Communicates with users and other technicians to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Updates required documentation in according to SES practice or procedure</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate Degree in computer related field </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>0-2 years IT support experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO and CEO.</p>",
