We are looking for a Maintenance Tech III to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences in the heart of one of Wisconsin's most scenic vacation destinations? Christmas Mountain Village offers stunning natural beauty, vibrant seasonal activities, and a family-friendly atmosphere-and we are looking for energetic, service-oriented team members to help us share that magic. Our Resort is located in Pigeon Forge and easily accessible from both Sevierville and Newport. . Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring a well-kept property. Repairs boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants. Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders. Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components. Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment. Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment. Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate machine parts. Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests. Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests. Conduct proper building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation. Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn and operate within the different property-specific computer platforms. Other duties as assigned by management. Job details:
Full-time- 1st Shift, including weekends and holidays.

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Proven experience in Facilities Maintenance Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without accommodations. License & certifications
EPA Certification Required HVAC trade school certification, preferred. Driver’s License required Extraordinary People,
