Complete appropriate forms or requisitions needed for referrals or lab testing, including appropriate CPT/ICD-9 coding</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurses.</li>\n <li>Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa/Illinois for Registered Nurse.</li>\n <li>BLS Certification</li>\n <li>Previous clinical experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team member.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>",
