      "content": "\n<li>3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture&nbsp;or Interior Design</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate and interpret Revit models and project documentation</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to create complete presentation packages under the direction of your supervisor</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively present information alongside your design team</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers</li>\n<li>Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently to solve problems involving multiple options</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles</li>\n<li>Understanding and application of design principles, theories, color and materials</li>\n<li>Knowledge of building code</li>\n"
