Description

Propósito/Objetivo de la Posición: Garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente y seguro de las instalaciones del estacionamiento. Tareas Esenciales: 1. Brindar una experiencia positiva al cliente en servicio, amabilidad y cortesía. 2. Asistir a los clientes, gestionar el flujo de vehículos y asegurar que las normas de uso del estacionamiento se cumplan correctamente. 3. Asegurar que los vehículos estén estacionados en las áreas designadas. Supervisar constantemente el área de estacionamiento para garantizar la seguridad tanto de los vehículos como de los clientes. Hay que asegurar que todo vehículo que requiera estacionamiento debe ser para consumo en la tienda o salón comedor; no debe haber vehículos de otros establecimientos vecinos. Orientar a los clientes que nos visitan que no deben dejar sus vehículos estacionados en los dispenser para realizar alguna compra en la tienda, a menos que requiera servicio de combustible. Identificar y reportar cualquier comportamiento sospechoso o incidente que pueda comprometer la seguridad del estacionamiento. Identificar entradas y salidas de vehículos. Controlar los accesos con un sistema de barrera, soga, entre otros. Mantener área de estacionamiento, alrededores, área de marquesina, dispenser y equipos limpios y ordenados. Orientar y asistir de ser necesario al cliente sobre el uso y manejo de la aplicación “SmartPay” Orientar y asistir de ser necesario al cliente sobre el uso y manejo de la encuesta del consumidor QR Code de VOC, donde pueden exponer su experiencia en la estación. Despacho de gasolina en dispenser previamente identificados. “Full Services” Limpieza de cristal frontal del vehículo y brindar servicio de aire a las gomas del vehículo de ser necesario. Otras Tareas: Apoyar la operación en cualquier otra área que se requiera. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, cambiar, añadir o enmendar cualquier tarea en esta descripción de puesto. Requisitos Esenciales: Cuarto año de Escuela Superior Destrezas efectivas de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas: sumar, restar, multiplicar, dividir y contar. Habilidad para entender y seguir instrucciones. Habilidades y destrezas tecnológicas. Capacidad para trabajar con poca supervisión y bajo presión. Sentido de urgencia Requisitos Preferibles: Seis (6) meses de experiencia trabajando en estacionamientos. Debe tener la Licencia de Conducir vigente.
