The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of structural steel detailing, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of leading estimating teams. This role requires someone who can not only prepare precise cost estimates but also manage and optimize resources effectively to meet both client needs and company goals.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work directly on budget creation and precision in estimating project scopes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient with blueprint reading and document review to craft accurate estimates.</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to manage meticulous structural and miscellaneous takeoffs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Consummate professional is timely with presentations and well-crafted estimates.</span></li>\n<li><span>Has experience leading and guiding a dynamic team of 5-10 estimators.</span></li>\n<li><span>Be the go-to person for new and existing clients, guiding them with confidence and expertise.</span></li>\n<li><span>Use industry knowledge to promote short and long-term project solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to take the initiative and take on additional responsibilities as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support departmental operations by creating comprehensive documentation and implementing consistent standards and best practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What makes you stand out:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to utilize and <span>navigate MS Suite (excel), Bluebeam, Tekla Powerfab, or Fabsuite.</span></li>\n<li>Composed and cool, ability to hold things together to inspire and guide others.</li>\n<li>Creative, ability to develop unique ideas and solutions.</li>\n<li><span>Experience in tilt panel manufacturing facilities and schools is an asset.</span></li>\n<li>Excels in a collaborative environment and easily works independently.</li>\n<li>Excellent oral and writing skills.</li>\n<li>Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and gains their trust and respect.</li>\n<li>Is a critical thinker with sharp analytical and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Work for JMT Consultants?
