This position is eligible for <strong>monthly commission and Benefits (</strong>include <strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and ESOP)</strong>.</p><p><strong><u>Who is Locke Supply?&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>Locke Supply is an Employee-Owned Company and a premium supplier in Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC markets all over the Southwest with over 180 Walk-in locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, and Virginia. &nbsp;Locke is headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What are the Responsibilities?&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>As a member of the commercial sales team at Locke Supply, you will price products in alignment with company guidelines, estimate potential jobs, and coordinate with our warehouse and delivery team. &nbsp;In addition, you will assist our customers with solutions to their daily job needs. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding electrical products, pricing, and availability.</li><li>Prepare and process quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Provide technical product knowledge and support to help customers and outside sales select appropriate materials</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and create purchase orders to source non-stock or special-order items</li><li>Follow up on open quotes and proactively pursue sales opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with outside sales to support customer relationships and project needs.</li><li>Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any delays or issues</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with both outside sales and their customers to encourage repeat business.</li><li>Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and manufacturer updates.</li><li>Support counter sales and will-call orders when needed.</li><li>Handle returns, warranty claims, and credits in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Assist with branch inventory management</li><li>Create delivery sheets and work closely with the warehouse/back-of-house team to ensure all deliveries are accurate and<p>made on time.</p></li><li><p>Assist in any additional duties as assigned to support branch operations.&nbsp;<br><br><br></p></li></ul><p>As an inside sales associate, you will have the opportunity to build a comprehensive understanding of Locke Supply&rsquo;s product offerings, network with Locke Supply&rsquo;s vendors and manufacturers, strengthen our relationships with our largest customers, and play a major part in Locke Supply&rsquo;s growth in an exciting, competitive and fast-paced industry.</p><p><strong><u>What are the requirements for an Inside Sales Associate?&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledge and skills common with 1 or more years&rsquo; experience in sales</li><li>Electrical knowledge and experience, required</li><li>Field Electrical Experience&nbsp;</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Excellent Customer Service Skills</li><li>Strong written, verbal and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work on office equipment</li><li>Desire to develop and maintain strong customer relationships</li><li>Ability to pass a drug test</li><li>Consultative sales experience, preferred</li></ul><p><strong><u>What is the environment?&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>Working conditions for an inside sales associate are a combination of retail store, office, warehouse, hands on training exercises, meetings, workshops, and presentations. &nbsp; Occasional travel may be required and could include sales calls to customers&rsquo; offices and/or job sites.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Schedule: </u></strong></p><p>Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Locke Supply Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
