We are seeking a <strong>leader</strong> to oversee and directly manage linen operations within this account for <strong>Second Shift </strong>(10am and 11am start times, with some rotating weekends and holidays as business needs dictate). This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, distribution, and quality control of all linen services, while maintaining strong client relationships and leading on-site staff. This position is a leadership position in the account with all responsibilities that has direct client contact.</p>\n<p>Our Sodexo Healthcare teams work to direct Laundry operations at client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. The position will <strong>manage a team of 8-10</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for candidates who:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Supervise and assists with monitoring daily work schedules and/or work assignments to ensure proper staffing needs </p>\n<p>· Checks quantities and condition of all sanitation supplies and reports discrepancies.</p>\n<p>· Manages, trains, coaches to motivate to work as a cohesive team.</p>\n<p>· Handles any overlapping Facility Vendor interactions and issues with professionalism.</p>\n<p>· Prioritizes tasks and responsibilities as needed.</p>\n<p>· Performs other related duties as required by Management</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence; </li>\n <li>be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;  </li>\n <li>work closely with the Infectious Control department;  </li>\n <li>support an inclusive workforce.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
