          "text": "<p><strong>What does the job involve?</strong></p><p>The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe throughout the facility.</p><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong><strong>What will my responsibilities include?</strong></p><ol><li>Adheres to all safety rules and uses proper personal protective equipment.</li><li>Reports unsafe hazards or conditions.</li><li>Cleans, sweeps, mops, buffs and vacuums floors.</li><li>Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, fills soap and paper dispensers.</li><li>Cleans, polishes and vacuums furniture and fixtures.</li><li>Dusts furniture, walls, machines and equipment.</li><li>Cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors.</li><li>Gathers and empties trash and recycling materials.</li><li>Maintains outside walkways and picnic table areas, to include picking up debris in parking lot and lawn areas.</li><li>Reports malfunctioning, damaged or broken fixtures, furniture and equipment to Management.</li><li>Tracks and requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.</li><li>Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.</li></ol>",
