          "text": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department. This position will be based onsite at Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds located in Lost Hills, CA. This summer internship is a 6 to 10-week program.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities – </strong></p><ul><li>Be knowledgeable and demonstrate proficiency&#xa0;in Problem Solving skills</li><li>Collaborate with team members to validate and refine procedures.</li><li>Work on a designated project aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Support the development of a structured reporting process for shop workload and manpower utilization.</li><li>Maintain and update weekly workload tracking reports to provide clear visibility into shop capacity and demand.</li><li>Assist in evaluating shop workload versus available manpower to help improve scheduling and efficiency.</li><li>Track and report key performance indicators related to the processes.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
