    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Inova Fair Oaks Hospital </span><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\"><span>is seeking an experienced PreOp/PACU or Operating Room Nurse for a full-time position as an RN Perioperative Liaison.&nbsp; The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 40 hours per week; hours 10.00am-6.30pm</span></span></p><p><span><strong>RN Periop Liaison Job Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Supports/empowers patients and families as they progress through the perioperative continuum. Anticipates patient variances and revises the plan of care when needed.</span></li><li><span>Anticipates patient needs to ensure a smooth transition from the perioperative environment. Facilitates communication amongst the multidisciplinary team, patients and families and collaborates with the healthcare team, incorporating their expertise to lead to desired outcomes. Completes and appropriately documents post operative phone calls.</span></li><li><span>Communicates follow-up information from post-operation phone calls to leaders and members of the multidisciplinary team.
